Galaxy Server

GALAXY Server is the core of the Galaxy system, the new audio VoIP matrix of TELEA, designed to satisfy the typical necessities of audio systems of medium and great sizes, to allow the integration of audio communication systems and to enlarge the audio spreading and the general alarm existing plants (PA&GA).
Galaxy Server uses the VoIP (Voice over IP) technology, in order to communicate the audio signals and data with all the Galaxy System’s members, allowing in this way a peer-to-peer network structure to build communication systems according to the customer’s requests.
The system’s configuration is performed through Galaxy Manager, a specific software with a user’s graphic interface that allows to set up the server and the devices connected to the Galaxy System.
The maintenance staff, using this software, can easily access to the debugging information through an Ethernet/internet connection.
Thanks to the implementation of the SIP communication protocol (the most popular non-proprietary standard), the system is open to third part’s systems integrations allowing in this way flexibility and future expansions as well as assuring updates both for software and for hardware.

Public Address General Alarm – Sistemi PAGA

TELEA realizes Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) system for ATEX classified areas, as well as for standard industrial sites, based on VoIP technology with SIP communication protocol (the most popular non-proprietary standard). Main features as following:

– Flexibility of configuration through Ethernet;
– Debug integrated;
– Debug remote management;
– Possibility to be interfaced with intercom/telephone VoIP units and also with analog unities using specific adaptors;
– Integrated PBX functions for selective and group calls and any other communicating calling station;
– Possibility to call with the following functions: shared paging, single, for groups and general;
– Possibility to manage up to 128 devices ( Gateway and TELEA Galaxy station, intercom, third part’s devices);
– Possibility to interface with any type of PABX through specific adaptors;
– LAN connection with existing amplifiers through codec GA-GW-A1;
– Management of emergency calls;
– Management of priority levels;
– Management of alarms, tones/messages with recording and storing messages on-board memory;
– Redundant backup management capabilities, combined unit Galaxy Alert;

VoIP/ SIP based industrial telephones

The TELEA range of telephones VOIP has been designed to allow the usage of standard terminals using SIP protocol even in critical Industrial sites where specific physical and operational functions are required.
The casings are in aluminium so as to provide good protection against corrosion and humidity and constructed to IP66 standards. The handset is also in aluminium with a proximity sensor activation thus eliminating activation by contacts undesirable in dirty and dusty environments. The unit has a 90dB sounder as standard.
The TELEA range of VOIP telephones TI-IP has a standard unit with 12 buttons (0-9, #, *), a button for the Paging or General Call function, and a button to allow programming of up to 7 other functions on existing buttons. A number of other versions are available such as Hand Free operation, different number of buttons or no buttons for direct call activation.
