Description

High temperature up to 80°C advancement/withdrawal system for vertical installation of SONDATEC 2.0 series, with double pneumatic actuator (ride: 800mm) provided with:
– Self supporting framework with rails and porthole plate to fixing to furnace/boiler wall. Made in carbon steel varnished with epoxy pre-treatment 60µm and painting with polyester 60µm; Probe mounting overlying the actuator.
– Double pneumatic cylinder with slide to support SONDATEC;
– Pneumatic circuit on board realized with pipes made of Cu.
– Fittings for external pipes for hydraulic and pneumatic circuit made of AISI316L.
