The visualization inside the glass furnace is certainly the most difficult application to realize owing to the presence of high temperature, brightness and substances extremely aggressive.

Among the many applications requested there are the supervision of burner’s flames, the control of fusion process, the check of top-roll during the Float process, and also the supervision of the machinery for bottles production. The experience of Telea Tecnovision in this field is worldwide recognized.

SONDATECpro

SONDATECpro systems series have been developed to allow the use of television camera in high temperature environments and, in particulary, for top-roll machine supervision on float glass plant.
These high-temperature camera systems provide clear, crisp images of machine. With the real-time image provided, operators and engineers can monitor the process, improve safety and glass quality.

SONDATECpro systems are available in different lengths from 400 mm up to 4000 mm, with diameters equal to 89 mm. They are typically endowed with 90° inclinated vision and they can allow diagonal angles of vision up to 90°.

High temperature endoscope

The SONDATECpro endoscope is been developed to allow the use of television cameras in environments characterized by the presence of high temperatures, in power plants, steel mills, glass plants, cement kilns and incinerators.
SONDATECpro is an endoscope complete with water and air cooled jacket, and water cooled camera housing. The wide range of available models allows to satisfy specific demands from different typologies of furnace and existing boilers.
SONDATECpro endoscope is available in different lengths up to 1340 mm, with diameter equal to 70 mm. It can be supplied with axial or radial vision and diagonal angle of view up to 105°.
Endoscope water jacket is made with triple lining and external tube made by Hastelloy C276/C2000 high temperature steel to withstand the most aggressive agents.
The jacket is cooled by continuous circulation of water between triple linings. A helical wire creates a vortex effect improving cooling efficiency up to 2000°C.
SONDATECpro endoscope doesn’t require any glasses, crystals and porthole protection, but only a flow of compressed air opportunely managed.
